Ayané Consulting is owned and operated by a Black woman who is fully invested in the wellness of others. For too long, spiritual leaders and mental health practitioners have been siloed, and often at odds, but people need both! As a minister and licensed therapist, Shari A. Loveday positions faith-based organizations to minister to the whole person by combining the power of mental and spiritual health tenets by equipping your employees, constituents, and/or volunteers to take care of their mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health, positioning them to move the mission forward more efficiently.
